Ruthzar Casseus is the Founder and CEO of ZeroLeak Inc., a technology platform advancing data security and digital integrity for everyday consumers in response to rising breaches at major organizations. A U.S. Navy veteran and seasoned investor relations professional, she brings mission-driven leadership, operational rigor, and a deep commitment to equity in tech. Before founding ZeroLeak, Ruthzar held strategic roles at firms including FVLCRUM Funds, Roberts & Ryan, and JPMorgan Chase. Her five years of military service—primarily aboard the USS Ronald Reagan—shaped her resilience, discipline, and vision for systems that protect and empower. She holds a Master of Science from New York University (NYU) and a Bachelor's of Science in Biology from SUNY Empire State College, blending technical insight with organizational leadership and strategic growth.

Peter Lutes is a seasoned finance executive with deep expertise in technology and biotech sectors, specializing in operations, fundraising, and strategic growth. His career spans global giants like Apple, Sanofi, Ernst & Young, and work with Microsoft partners, where he built financial frameworks that supported innovation at scale. Peter has also led financial strategy at multiple early-stage ventures—guiding IPOs, secondary offerings, and securing tens of millions in investment. With a strong record of scaling teams, driving revenue, and contributing to successful exits, Peter brings both strategic discipline and startup agility to ZeroLeak's mission of secure digital innovation.
Board Member, Executive Advisor
Mr. Frank Morisano is a globally recognized executive and board director with over 30 years of distinguished leadership across banking, manufacturing, and professional services. His career spans multiple continents and sectors, consistently driving sustainable growth, operational resilience, and strategic transformation. As the retired Chief Risk Officer for the largest bank in the world, he was entrusted with overseeing the Americas' entire risk profile, encompassing strategic planning, enterprise risk management, liquidity oversight, and operational continuity. He also served as the region's Chief Information Security Officer, where he architected a comprehensive cybersecurity framework that met evolving regulatory requirements while enhancing systemic integrity. He currently serves as a non-executive director on both public and private boards, where he contributes as a member of the Audit, Risk, and Strategy Committees, offering seasoned guidance on governance, regulatory frameworks, and long-term value creation.
